We are increasing the support to our foster carers. In addition to competitive fees and allowances, excellent training, extensive support services, we are rolling out The Fostering Network’s Mockingbird Family Model, providing enhanced support for our foster carers and children and young people in care.
We know that it takes a community to bring up a child, not just a single family. This award-winning foster carer model is set up in a similar structure to that of an extended family, structured around the support and relationships that provides.
