A poem by South Glos Foster Carer, Julie.

Ready for a tear jerker? There are so many wonderful moments involved in fostering, but saying goodbye can be bittersweet.

Foster Carer and poet, Julie reflects on the special moments she shared with a baby that was placed in her care for six weeks in her poignant poem, Tiny Hands and Tiny Toes.

Julie says “Every placement I’ve had has a piece of my heart and I’m in touch with all of them.”
